This website is run by Unicorn Operations Limited, trading as Counterweight, registered in Ireland, company number 774973, registered office Mullen, Frenchpark, Ireland.

The content is general information about cloud costs, regulation and our services. It is not legal, financial or regulatory advice and does not take your circumstances into account. Regulatory dates and references were correct when we published them; check the current text before you rely on them.
Figures on this site
The sample savings ledger on the Teardown page and the sample estimate are illustrative and are not client data. Figures we attribute to others, such as 37signals, come from their public statements and are not results for our clients.
The Price your exit skill
The skill's code and documentation are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0, as set out in the LICENSE.txt file inside the download. The Counterweight name and logo in it are not licensed. Its estimates are indicative, made from billing data alone and from provider list prices on the date the skill shows; they are not a quote, an offer or what we would charge. Provider prices change and must be confirmed at order.
No engagement without an agreement
Nothing on this site is an offer. We start work only under a written agreement that sets out scope, fees and confidentiality.
Our name and material
The text, design, logo and the Counterweight name belong to Unicorn Operations Limited. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution. Do not reuse the logo or present our material as your own.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
